Welcome to Kent College! We are delighted your child will be joining Kent College Prep School, and ahead of this, we would to share important information about the school as well as forms for completion.

Action required for Early Years pupils
If your child is joining Nursery or Reception class, please complete the following forms.
- New Joiner Form - please download the form here to complete and send to prepschool@kentcollege.kent.sch.uk or drop into the Prep School reception.
- Medical Questionnaire and Consent Forms - please download the form here to complete and email to Sister Olivia Cottrell at cottrello@kentcollege.kent.sch.uk or deliver to the Prep School reception. Additionally, we require a scanned copy of your child's updated immunisation record, which can be submitted in the same way.

Uniform - the school uniform supplier Schoolblazer can be found here. Further information can be found in the Parent Handbook. The Parents’ Association (KCPPA) run a second-hand purchase option and they can be contacted at kcprepuniform@kentcollege.kent.sch.uk
School Transport - Pupils from Year 1 and above may use the school transport, subject to conditions. The current Transport Timetable details the routes and times of our buses. If you would like to book your child onto a bus on a regular basis, please contact our Transport Manager, Mr Steve Wellard wellards@kentcollege.kent.sch.uk.
Fees Refund Scheme - This insurance scheme allows you to secure a refund if your child is off school due to illness or injury. An application form is on the final page of the leaflet here and should be returned to school ahead of September.
Kent College Prep Parents' Association (KCPPA) - please find a letter from the Chair of the KCPPA welcoming you to Kent College Prep and outlining the work they do.

Extra-Curricular Activities
Extra-Curricular Activities
The extra-curricular programme at Kent College Prep is integral to the school curriculum, and provides opportunities for pupils to develop their skills, talents and interests across a broad range of activities including sports, visual and performing arts, technology, leadership and service. All pupils are encouraged to follow a balanced programme of academic work and co-curricular activities to develop their natural talents and passions in and outside the classroom.
We offer a large selection of clubs and activities led by staff members and qualified external coaches. Activities take place before school, during lunch and after school.
