We are delighted you are considering Kent College for your child. Families are invited to visit us throughout the year and appointments can be made with the Admissions team. We run events for Nursery to Sixth Form as well as taster days and tours. We hope you and your child will spend time getting to know us in advance of applying for a place and joining us.

Stay and Play

Fridays in Term Time, 10.00am to 11.00am

Our Stay and Play mornings are a lovely way for you and your child to spend time together in a relaxed, friendly environment. There’s plenty of space for little ones to explore, enjoy creative activities, and join in with songs or stories. It’s also a great chance to meet our team and other families, and to get a feel for our Nursery community.

Senior School Taster Day for Year 7 Students

Thursday 25th June 2026, 9.00am - 1.00pm

Calling all Year 7 students looking for a Year 9 place in September 2027! On the day, students will take part in a range of activities centered around our Global Citizens Programme, where learning goes beyond the classroom, connecting you with ideas, cultures and opportunities from around the world. It includes an opportunity to take on our outdoor assault course and tackle hands-on STEM challenges in our Escape Room challenge.

Prep School Forest Fun

Saturday 19th September, 9.00am-12.00pm

Join us at our Forest Fun Day and take part in a range of outdoor activities including den building, marshmallow toasting and woodland arts and crafts in our forest. This is a great opportunity to meet our teachers, chat to current parents and tour the Nursery and Prep School. For families looking for Nursery to Year 6.

Sixth Form Information Evening

Thursday 8th October, 6.00pm to 8.00pm

Join us for our Information Evening led by the Head of Sixth Form and Deputy Head (Academic). Hear about our approach to the Sixth Form, discover the wide range of subjects available at A Level and BTEC, meet the teachers at our Subject Fair, and learn about the extra curricular opportunities we offer, such as the award-winning Ivy House programme.

Saturday 10th October, 9.00am to 1.00pm

At our immersive Open Morning parents can attend presentations, demonstrations and discussions with our staff, while children participate in interactive sessions in sport, art, music, engineering, or drama and dance. It is an opportunity to see our school in action, ask questions and discover what makes a Kent College education so distinctive.

APPLICATION PROCESS

To apply for a place for your child you will need to complete and return an application form together with the registration fee. The Admissions pages for each part of the school can be found in the Apply Now links.

The registration fee Nursery and Prep School applications is £120 (if applicant's parents live in the UK/EU) or £180 (if applicant's parents live outside the EU).

For Senior and Sixth Form applications the registration fee is £180 (for UK/EU and non EU).

The registration fee now includes VAT and is non-refundable.

Once we have received your application form and registration fee we will contact you to advise as to next steps.
