Kent College Pembury is proud to celebrate another successful set of A Level and BTEC results. This year’s grades reflect the dedication and hard work from both students and staff. Two-thirds (66%) of all grades awarded were A* to B, with 41% of students achieving ABB or higher. Notably, 16% of students achieved three or more A* or A grades, highlighting academic excellence across a breadth of disciplines.
In traditional academic subjects, 50% of grades in Maths and Physics were awarded at A* or A, while an impressive 80% of Geography students achieved A* or A. The creative arts also saw outstanding success, with 100% of students in Art achieving A* or A, 100% of Drama students gained A* to B grades, and 50% of Photography students secured an A* or A. BTEC students excelled as well, with 83% of grades awarded at Distinction* or Distinction – the equivalent of A* or A. Building on this success, Kent College will further expand its vocational offering in 2026 with the introduction of new BTECs in Medical Science, Criminology, Media, Marketing, and Information Technology.
Kent College Pembury also celebrates exceptional student progress, with 19% of students achieving three or more grades above their nationally standardised predictions – the equivalent of moving from BBB to AAA. Several students exceeded expectations by five whole grades, a testament to the school’s supportive learning environment and high academic standards.
