- If a girl wishes to stop taking any optional subject, one term's notice must be given in writing to the Head of Department or Bursary, or fees in lieu of notice will be charged.
Payment Methods
Fees are invoiced termly and payment is due in full by the first day of each term. An interest charge (currently 1.5% per month, calculated daily), will be added to overdue accounts.
Termly payment
-
By Direct Debit Fees may be paid termly or monthly* by direct debit. This method is initiated by completing an agreement form and a direct debit mandate (both available from the Bursary on request) and will remain effective (unless terminated) throughout your daughter's schooling. The school will advise you of the amounts to be paid and the payment dates. A copy of the agreement and the completed direct debit mandate must be in the possession of the school at least 14 days before the first payment is due. Payment must be met upon the first request. If the direct debit is refused, an administration charge (currently £25) will be due, and the direct debit arrangement may be subject to cancellation. This service is not available to parents who do not have a UK bank account.
-
By Electronic Bank Transfer Payments should be directed to HSBC Bank plc, sort code 40-02-06, account number 90010103, clearly quoting your name and reference. Payment by PC Banking over the Internet should be made similarly.
-
By Credit Card Payments by Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The full amount due must be paid by the first day of term. An administration charge (currently 2%) will be made for payments by this method (not applicable on registration fees). Details of the cardholder's name, card number and expiry date should be supplied.
An interest charge (currently 1½% per month, calculated daily) will be added to overdue accounts.
Deposits
- A refundable deposit is required in advance of your daughter joining the school (as shown in the table above). This deposit will be refunded to you once your daughter has left the school minus any outstanding charges that may be incurred.
Payment by Monthly Instalments
- By Direct Debit
Fees (including extras) for each term may be paid in four monthly instalments, commencing on approximately 5th September for the Autumn term, 5th January for the Spring term and 5th May for the Summer term. This instalment arrangement is concessionary and subject to certain conditions, which are available from the Bursary, together with the direct debit mandate.
Payments in Advance
- Composition Fee Scheme
Fees for all or part of the period for which your daughter/ward is expected to be at the school can be paid in advance. Details of the scheme and the discount available can be obtained from the Bursary.
