'Working in war zones across the world'

Dorcas Erskine is currently working at ActionAid UK as the Director of Policy, Advocacy and Programmes, where she oversees the organisation’s development and humanitarian work. Prior to working at ActionAid she worked at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) where she oversaw relief and protection programmes for women and girls in conflict
Zones. She has also worked in the UK running the Poppy Project – which supported female victims of trafficking and migrant workers in the UK. Dorcas mapped out a career in the UK parliament and in corporate firms before joining the non-profit sector and has worked with a variety of international and UK based organisations.

'International Financial Crime Risk Management'

Jane has worked in the Financial Services industry for 30+ years in a variety of roles spanning Sales and Relationship Managment, Credit, Operations, Technology, Product Development and then in the last 12 years moved into the regulatory and legal space of Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk and Financial Crime Risk Management.
Having experienced so many different roles across different financial institutions and geographic locations – the idea of a changing environment is one that she enjoys rather than fears.
